Whatever you do dont get the app it dose not work what so ever! Its fine for a baby under 7 moths Thanks for not getting it

I ow all talking apps Billy is the most adorable one. He is ver cute i love his voice.

The app shows a blank white screen while you record sounds, then simply plays back the unaltered recording with the mouse animation. Then youre back to a blank white screen. Its all choppy and poorly executed. Waste of a dollar.

This application is very nice. Billy is very cute and so much fun to play with. The only thing is that sometimes a blank white screen appears instead of billy. Once they fix this ill raise my rating to 5 stars

He Is So Cute My Children Love it My 4 year old doesnt want to let go of my iphone to play with it.

The bug has not been fixed - do Not buy this app!

I dont get tired of hearing him talk . He looks so cute when he sits down to eat his cheese. Nice app

The creators of this app seem to have a good idea, but Billy is unfinished. You get a white screen 95% of the time unless you tap one of the icons. Then you see a brief animation of Billy, and then black to white screen. Plus, his voice is totally annoying. This app should be avoided.

He is Very funny I hope the Fix the white screen soon this looks like it could become a great app.

This app is terrible! The animation is basic at best but when the mouth moves without any sound it looks like a badly dubbed movie. Ha ha ha! Im glad I made my stepdaughter pay $1.10 for this or I would be pi$$ed. To the creators, take a look at what else is out there and take notes! Mr. Grumpy

the voice is great but i am unable to email this to any one. Talking Tom cat is free and i am able to do many more things with it. Including email it to my friends.

Dont be so mean billy is super cute so what if you cant email him. no reason to be so mean. His voice is the cutest out of all talking apps.

When u record nothing comes out and at the rare chance it does it sounds like ur voice..... Dont buy wouldnt recommend to anyone
